• Method of collection and payment by meetups only. It must be at a designated MRT station and only according to the time confirmed in the email sent to you.
• Please do NOT be late. Let us know earlier if you are going to be late. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled. Repeat actions of this from a customer will be blacklisted.
• Please Take Note: The total amount of your ordered items must be at least SGD10.00 for us to proccess your order. You could send your orders in seperate emails but it must add up in SGD10.00 before we will meet up with you.
• Payment must be made on the spot when collection is made. We do not accept money postage or transfer of money through banking accounts.
• Once sold, goods would not be refundable or exchangable.
• Always double check the size and colour of the item you want before sending in the order as we will not be responsible for the mistakes in your email.
• It takes about three to four days for us to process your order and send a confirmation email to you. Please be patient.
